Order and Payment Details
Use one of the options below to order products from this site. We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard), Personal and Business cheques, Money Orders and Direct deposit into our bank account. Contact us on (02) 6555 3819 for bank account details.

Secure Online Order
This site contains and easy-to-use shopping cart that allows you to add products to your cart. Click on the "Add to Basket" button next to the product you wish to purchase, then complete the delivery and payment details. NOTE: All prices are in Australian Dollars

Phone Order
Phone your order to us on (02) 6555 3819. We are open between 8:30am and 5pm weekdays EST.

Print and Fax Order
Right click on the "Order Form" icon below and select "Save Target As" to save the file to you hard drive. Print out the order form and fax it to (02) 6555 4019.



Email Order
Email your order to us at emma@theschoolteacher.com.au. Please include your name, contact details, delivery details, the products you wish to order including product code and quantity. As email is a unsecure method, we reccomend that you phone your credit card details through to us.

Send your order via the post. Simply print our orderform, complete the required details and mail it to :

Delivery
The School Teacher aims to make your on-line shopping experience a positive one. With this in mind we are charging a flat rate of $8.00*.

*Except for very large items, for example a Little Tikes cubby. For these items the supplier delivers directly from their warehouse to your home. Emma will call or email to inform you of exact cost of postage.

Returns
The School Teacher wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied in any way we are happy to exchange or refund the purchase price under the following conditions;
- All products must be in the original condition in their original packaging.
- All returns must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must have an Authorisation Number. Please email or call for this.
- If the item is faulty we can replace at no extra postage charge or refund the purchase price.

Order Cancellations
If any order is canceled before delivery, a refund may be granted. Customers may be charged a 20% cancellation fee.

Privacy
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or shipping your goods.
